You’d be hard pressed to find a conviction and jail time for the use of pot without an accompanying more serious violation of a criminal statute. Can anyone substantiate just how many pure pot users are in the federal system based purely on pot usage and no other crime that Biden feels an urgency to create a policy.

And as the President said, he's changing the policy more to be an example for states to follow suit and to push legislators to work to change it.
