I am fascinated by the recent number of what have been described as 'Puffy'. In my ignorance, I can't recall having, in all my 70+ years, actually run into such exquisite wonders. So questions spring to mind ... How common is this? ... is there any ethnicity bias involved? .... are these in their 'excited' state? ... what happens between 'relaxed' and excited? does the puffiness change?

These questions are not really based on feeding my erotic thoughts, rather I am interested from a knowledge point of view. What should I know that I obviously don't know?
