Personally I love puffy nipples - they are just so suckable! (Although nice, long, rubbery ones can be delicious too).

My own are rather larger than average - quite long and thick as I am still breast feeding. They are also much darker than they were pre-pregnancy and I quite like that. They are now very dark pink whereas before they were pale pink and barely showed through shirts.
