Wow. Every time I think I've found the limits of human stupidity, a smarter idiot shows up.

How does she sleep?? She can't lie on her stomach, and if she slept on her back then she'd probably suffocate overnight due to the weight of her ginormerous mammaries. Unless they have repulsorlifts built into them or something. Or maybe it was a day-long stunt. "I wanna have the biggest boobs in the world for a day." "Well, we can do that--" "No, I mean, for just one day." "Umm, okay... That's two surgeries in 16 hours." "I'm in."

I know it's fake. But fake as in Photoshop or fake as in surgery?

Obviously, Photoshop is the more likely answer. But it might be possible for a woman to have (or obtain) physical structures such as the ones depicted in that photo. And my despairing feeling is that, if they are possible, there are probably people on Earth who are dumb enough to actually want them. u_u

Just as Shiny said, they're just big bags of foam or a similar material, usually filled with a milk-like substance to fake lactation. Just visit the site and see for yourself, it's more like a parody.
