I am quite certain that pic is a fake- I think I have the original somewhere in my VAST collection (so I'll never find it... lol), plus look at the same concentric rings up each nipple- they tips have been cloned and pasted....

One type that hasn't showed up, when viewed from the side is indented considerably and then has a very puffy head. I saw ones like that in an anthropology book years ago, which left me with a permanent interest in both anthropology and Polynesia (where those nips came from).
