That one looks like a photoshop job. The concentric rings look like it's been duplicated and pasted on top of the other parts in a reduced size to make it look believable. I'd need to check it out in real life to believe it.

I love big nipples but not overly huge. Something you can definitly get a pinch and twist and nibble on, and all the better if they're sensitive. I think color is based on skin for the most part, a pale woman looks absolutely radiant with light pink nips, but a bronze beauty looks devlishly tempting with dark nips.
