Good morning, fellow nipple lovers. As the Dawg said earlier, all the pics I posted in the last two days are gone. :( One group of five attachments from Thursday and one group from Friday. :mad: I don't know what is happening to them and I don't know who would know. :confused:
 
well this is just silly. It seems to have been going on for some time. Has anyone contacted a mod?
 
I did speak, at length, with our regular mod (The Conformist) and he contacted Laurel with our concerns. She sited the usual legit laws and regulations for posting (which can be found somewhere here on the site). The Conformist has not removed (nor does he have the power to do so) any pictures. I hear it is going on all over the site and is not specific to just the N thread. It was made clear that with the new restrictions and laws in affect regarding internet rights, etc., if not followed and discovered by the powers that be, this site can be shut down in a heartbeat. All this being said, I don't feel that anyone looked into our situation personally so I don't feel like we got to the bottom of this. I thought I posted in here (before Christmas) what the Conformist had written to me (hey I'm having a senior's moment here!) - but this still doesn't answer the question of personal pics (like Mutt and Miss O) being removed. They clearly own those pictures.

Hi Jennifer... I pmed Laurel when I started losing pictures on my thread.. She sent me the posting guideline. I too have talked at length with the mod for the personals.. Bluespoke.. he said the same thing your mod did.. Its not going to stop... unless they repeal 2257... and as long as the Bush Admin. is in office and trying to seat conservs on the Supreme Court, it is not going to get any better..

I have given up trying to post pictures and have moved my thread to a board located in the UK.. where they don't have to deal with 2257.. I hate this cause I too am seeing friends who were on the am pics board who have moved to yet another board so they can post without worrying about things being yanked..

If you are interested in the addresses for both sites, let me know and give them to you..

While reading Jennifer's post, someting occurred to me. I have copied hundreds of pics onto my HD. I still have them there and I have posted many of them on this thread. They are copyrighted but they are also offerred free to anybody who wants to look at them or copy them for their own use.

I also have written a lot of stories. They are copyrighted but they are also freely available for anybody who wants to read them or copy them and show them to others. In fact, I encourage people to do this.

Various sites have copied many of these stories as well as stories by other writers and they have posted them where they are freely available for anybody who wants to read them or copy them. In the past, I have gotten pissed off at those who have done so but now I am starting to wonder. What is the difference between their copying my stories and putting them on display for anybody to read, and my copying pictures and putting them on this site for people to look at. I am now rethinking my outrage at the acts of other sites.

It never bothers me to see my stories pop up on other sites, so long as they are still under my name. Now, if I saw a story of mine creditted to someone else..... well, you wouldn't like me when I'm angry.

There is this one site that basically advertises call girls. They include stories on the pages that have descriptions of individual girls and they credit me for them and say that more can be found at Literotica. :cool: I don't mind that. What bugs me is when people plagiarize me and just change the names, or something like that, and claim to be the authors. :rolleyes: I also don't like the idea of people ripping off my stories and charging people to read them, if that ever happens. Actually, I wouldn't so much mind that as I would mind not getting any of the money. :mad:

Thanks so much for the confirmation of what was reported to me. The Conformist repeatedly referred to 2257 as the problem and made it sound like Laurel was at the mercy of this policy. Curiously, we have been posting on this thread without this dilema for well over a year now. Did this Bill (is that what you call it in the States?) just come into play recently? I believe we encountered these mysterious deletions around November past. All said and done, it still doesn't address the issue of 'personal pictures' being erased. Possibly the 'bots' are being used to perform this function and there lies the room for error. :confused:
 
The Mod's answers make no sense, because some of the pictures of mine that have vanished do not violate that policy. There seems to be no rhyme or reason. I have lost pictures I took with my own camera, so it can't be copyrite issues. I have had some pictures of Miss O sucking my cock disappear while other similar pictures remain, so it can't be content.
I'm at a loss.
Here's an experiment. I'll post a picture of my face. My camera, my copyrite, no explicit content. No reason for it to vanish. We'll see.
