We used to go to a "nude" beach that beacuse of the local, bible thumping politicians we had to wear a thong to keep from being arrested. That was exactly how we wore it to be "legal." I made my hubby's thong out of an old pair of panty hose and a couple of pieces of elastic string. In other words we were legal, but just barely.
