After you have opened the "additional options" go farther and click on "Manage Attachments". That will open a window and you click on "browse". Find your way to the pic you want and click on it, then "open". This will return you to the window and click on "upload" and close window the window. Then click on "submit". There are some tight restrictions as to what you can post in terms of size. You also have to be careful what you click on because if you aren't, you may get a dirty picture, like this.
