I don't think clamps were quite what they were meaning here. Most of the time, nipple clamps don't fall into the "jewlry" category. The things that were mentioned in the linked thread (about the loops an hooks) are jewlry. The look similar to a dangling NON pierced earring.

Any type of spirit gum or other body/makeup type glues should affix small jewels to one's body. And, if the HBA section of most stores, there are jeweld stickers that can be affixed to the body now. Also, a non jewlry that can look pretty is glitter or glittery body paint.
