He'll probably get the same sentence as the sgt that killed the 16 Afghanis, life no parole. I'll be surprised if it's the death penalty. No sense in making him a martyr now. Let it be in another 30-40 years.
Takes a real hero then to kill women and children? I think not. He committed a war crime and should be executed. But he'll get to spend 30-40 years in military prison instead.
