Everyone comes at me with there ONE case. In a city near me they turned a closed Ramada Inn into homeless apts. they were absolutely trashed in a month and that is just one example. It happens every time. Some one give me a link to homeless apts. that remain sanitary by the occupants for any length of time.

I'm not sure where this Ramada you're referring to is, but from some info I found online, San Diego is in the process of converting their fourth conversion of Hotel to apartment building. Nothing I could find there about any being prior ones being trashed.

In my province, we have several that have been converted, the reports on them are not about destruction, but that we are still short of units.
