I do think the focus of the photo is a little off though; you might prefer it after it is sharpened (see attached photo).

I could only sharpen it a little, but I think I could do better with a higher resolution photo if you wish.

Higher resolution and jpeg blur? You two could be speaking Arabian for all I know.

Higher resolution means more pixels (color dots) per a given area (usually square inch). JPEG blur is a reference to artifacts that are present in the image from the JPEG compression - a way of making the file size smaller without loosing very much quality - sometimes with too much compression you get artifacts such as blur and lines around corners.

If you have a file with a larger image or larger file size, then it might be more amenable to sharpening.
