Hey there, good afternoon. Ah, are you sick of the crazy taxes out here?
I have been planning a move to Jersey City but the pandemic put that idea on ice for a bit. When I was a kid I wanted to live in the city but now I don't want to give up that much of my paycheck to rent, pay taxes and drive there. Good luck with the big move!

That's for sure! A co-worker bought a great co-op in Murray Hill for 30% less than its pre-Covid asking price. I would NOT want to be a commercial or residential landord these days, however.

Started life in queens then moved to the island. After raising now adults they both live in a city and I always regretted not living in Manhattan so I'm considering at least for a few years.
