New Year, New Goals!

My goal for 2023 is to be easier on myself. Basically, I need to nix the internalized ableism that has been beaten into me.
 
Took a break from core and weights the last half of December. Felt overwhelmed and beat up from work and obligations. Continued walking, 20-30 miles/week. Started back light with core and weights in the new year and feel good. My NY goals are: walking closer to 30, core and weights twice/week, 2-3 sets. The problem comes in with my work schedule. My plan is to just push ahead and know when to cut back.
 
My main goals for this year are:

Finish the manuscript I'm 3/4th done with
Lose weight
Be more open about myself
