New Writer, Same problems...Need Help

Hi,

I'm looking for a Editor to help fine tune my work in regards to Grammer, punctuation and plain honesty. I've submitted a short story to Lit twice and it was rejected twice. After the first time I worked with editor to fix mistakes but never resubmitted it. Instead I scrapped that version and revamped the story. Most recently I submitted it but yet again...it was rejected. This time I guess the subject matter was not suitable...but it could've been more than that (who knows).

I write a lot of poetry and prose (examples of which can be found here on lit) because it's shorter however my first love is short stories and novels. However I cannot seem to finish anything and what I do finish is...I guess crap. Here's a link for example to a prose piece I wrote. It's reads like a short story though, so it's half poetic prose/half short story...

One can always simply copy and paste it, though that does tend to eliminate formatting.....what kind of story are you looking to have edited?
