As you can see, I'm quite new also..so it would be presumptious of me to act like an official greeter.

In answer to your question, though, I have a very close relationship with someone -- r/t -- my wife of almost five years. And (big secret) we met on-line wayyyyyy before it became acceptable. We crossed many bridges, not the least of which was geography -- 1800 miles of it. I have a very few close friends that are in the on-line world, including a very very special person. We will never meet...in this lifetime anyway.....but there is much more than a superficial attraction.

I see that many of the people that have posted have found a love on-line. To those that dismiss it.....I hope you change your mind!
