Hi everyone! I’m new to this forum and have been interested in crossdressing for quite awhile. I would like to further my curiosity and start gradually dressing as a woman. I don’t really have any clothes at this point. I have a few pair of panties. I don’t expect to pass but it would be nice to eventually be comfortable going out in public. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Start learning to use makeup. figure out the best style of dress for your body and get a good wig and breast forms
 
It's all about the effort you wish to put into it. Clothes make you feel good but to pass it is effort with a lot of patients.
The eye makeup is the worst thing to learn.
Think about getting help for your makeup, a female you trust maybe.

Makeup takes time to learn. Get a good wig and dress to your body style. And you feel much better dressing slutty!!! Have fun with it babe, that’s all

Don't start with panties. First figure out your body type. i.e. heavy, slender, athletic. Search for clothes complementry to that body type. There are lots of tutorials on youtube, for guys and girls. Watch both, so you can properly coordinate an outfit. Dress, skirt, pants, blouse, top, shoes, and accessories. Also don't go too heavy with make-up. Just my take. I've been dressing full time for years.
