You're overlooking an important fact. Which is the curious strength of said altoid, wouldnt allow the hooker butt to be tasted in the mouth of the loser. It would be overwhelmed by the intensity of the mint.

And as a sidenote, they even make altoids dipped in chocolate now, maybe someone AT altoids had your same idea, and laughs himself to sleep at the way the chocolate covered ones are selling now.
