New movie: The Time Machine

Just saw the movie The Time Machine being advertised on
tv here. Anyone seen it yet?

What about your feedback? Is it any good Debbie? I am sure my kids want to see it. From what I have seen of the advertisements, I just want the watch. Forget the movie.

I did see it, it was pretty good. I tooke my 9 you son to see it so it was ok for kids as well.

neat special effects in it. i give it 2 1/2 stars out of 4

I don't watch movies until I hear them talked about in a historical sense and people still say they were good.

Think I'll try one called Casa Blanca tonight. Anyone know if it's good?

My 10 year old niece just mentioned she wanted to see this one and I'd heard nothing about it yet. Thanks! Maybe I'll take her as she "hinted" to me.

I thought this movie was total crap. Kids may love it though....

Full of plot holes...they don't deal with the Paradox of time travel very well at all.......the lead's entire reason for travelling through time is glazed over at it's peak.... so on and so on....
It hardly resembles Welles' concept I hear....

I liked the special effects, and the whole look of the movie.

It does have alot of whole though, I wouldn't have enjoyed it nearly as much if I hadn't read the book first.

Actually, the movie made me want to read the book again, my remembrances of the book were a little more light and fluffy than the movie.

It's a good watch if you have the time and money, if not just wait till it comes out on video.

I saw the TIme Machine.. I thought the first half was good, and the second half sucked..I dunno.. I walked out of the movie feeling totally disappointed after all the hype..
