Launching something that's been under construction in various forms for a couple of years:
A Place For Us All To Belong
It's an open story universe, where other authors can add into the mix by adding 'multiplicity' into the story tags. The FMCs are on an epic journey through the tropes and categories of Lit itself. With their ability to rewrite the stories they're in, they attract the attention of someone who is out to destroy Lit completely. I'm going to drop a couple of episodes per month, finishing up in Nov. It's been the best fun to write, so hopefully that comes through.

Wow. My latest 750er has 5000 views and 500 (!) votes all within 24 hours. I’ve never seen a vote/view ratio so high. Too bad the average vote isn’t a little higher.

Something weird is happening. Good weird, though. Over the past couple of days I've gained about 10 new followers. Out of the blue. Usually they come in waves when I post a new story, but the last time I published anything was three weeks ago.
No comments, no new favourites. Just new followers.

It's actually Washington's Birthday, a commemoration of the first president of the United States. Some drooler said "Hey! There's other presidents!" and they changed the name of the holiday to remove any meaning or historical acumen

Oops, now it's 73! And on my Control Panel, it shows the score of my new 750-word story, My First Black Grandpa, as 4.35. It doesn't show that on the story, though. Still, I'm hopeful it will stay above 4.0.
