This is why I never 'claim' a milestone until I'm past it by several numbers. As you're showing if you just hit it, you can slide up and down a bit until you've finally moved past it

Not related to Literotica, but I got my first songwriting commission not long ago! It felt great to compose music and lyrics to spec and get such positive feedback.
On a side note - I never realized there would be so many good things to look forward to after 50. Our culture pushes the narrative that's all downhill after 30 or 40, but I have not found that to be true at all. I do miss my younger body, but not much else.

It has one sex scene at the end. It's a sappy first time romance and TBH I have no idea why the story took off the way it did.

Nothing compared to most of you, but I a moved past 50 followers today, two months and a few days after my first story published.
I am also happy with my personal output. Earlier today, I submitted my 17th story across three categories, totaling just over 250K words. Mostly to a reasonable reception, but all in the same series. I also wrote two other stories, not in that series that I have not submitted.
