Crossed the 1,600 follower count this week.

I also realized I have over 1.5M total views on all 29 stories combined, though obviously the bulk of those is carried by the older stuff published in the early 2010s. Still, very, very nice.

Congratulations. Tremendous reach.

I the mixed feelings about the back catalogue being the repository of the bulk of the views, and the recent efforts seeming slow in comparison. In my case, I take comfort in seeing a strong trend towards higher ratings, and more favourites (though I've never understood favouriting). I try to remind myself that in ten years, these current stories might have many views as well, but even if not, they are finding the correct readers.

And occasionally toss out a fan service T/I story as conventional as I can write these days. I wish that I could mix in LW fan service, but I just can't wrote that conventionally.

One of my stories hit 20k views! It was only published 8 days ago, and my next most-read is from over a month ago. (The irony is that I submitted an edit with an additional scene that hasn't been approved yet, and I keep watching the view count go up and thinking, "But wait!! There's more!!!")

I also wrote my first gang bang story which published today; I felt very intimidated by the topic but I think I did a very good job.

Last July I passed the 4500 followers milestone, and this month I passed the 5000 followers milestone. All I can say is that people are true optimists because I haven’t published anything since 2022.

Sometimes I'll follow someone just so that I can read their catalog at my leisure. And then I'm too lazy to unfollow them unless they do something to offend me.

It's 1.8k words long, and I did it in one afternoon. I often criticize such short work, and I am happy I've finally written one myself, if for nothing else but to be able to say that those stories can be done in one afternoon.

Anyway, it's going to be published somewhere else, so I'm not being hypocritical about it, at least.

Perhaps you are right. But I won't publish it here for some time at least. It's going to be published on a new site exclusively until I decide otherwise. It's not like it's a big deal anyway. I mean, I did write it in one afternoon. Then again, it might serve as an experiment at some point.

I got recognized out in the wilds of the internet for the first time! Granted, it was on a furry server, so if anyone was gonna recognize me, it would be someone from there, but still! It was a simple message: "just wanted to say your writing is absolutely amazingg," but one very much appreciated.

Thanks, but writing sequels doesn’t really appeal to me.

The main characters in Spring Break Wife do reappear briefly as minor characters in Rex and Jo.

I was just joking about the sequel. Not likely after twelve years, but I get requests from stories older than that. which means I know how it makes the author go .

The story is practically perfect as it is.

What makes @MajorRewrite's Spring Break Wife amazing, in my mind, is that I am the furthest thing from a Mom/son reader, yet I found the intensity, the construction and imagery of that story so great that it was like reading four strokers in one story. Even after the first reading, which took several sessions , I could reliably go back to it if I just wanted .

And, yes, , Mary Poppins did it for me back in the day. The image of Julie Andrews holding the umbrella in one hand and the carpetbag in the other, fully clothed, coat and hat, levitating up the stairs, is still etched on the back of my eyeballs, in an erotic manner, at a precocious age unsuitable for naming here . Just thinking of it still makes my heart race. Much like Spring Break Wife.
