I don't think it applies to any site owners/producers/publishers outside the U.S. The "performers" or people appearing in the pics wouldn't be prosecuted (unless they're clearly doing something illegal I'd guess), but the owners of U.S. companies would be. As I said, I think ideas like this have their place...no one wants to see children exploited, but you're right, it's a farce in general.ozbloke1980 said:So a copy of their Driver's Licence would be sufficiant.
