Just 4 minutes into "feeling" my way around the Forum/s as it were....

With no obvious way of accessing the "Help" module on the Literotica "member's control panel" (nuthin' to click on!) I have a question.

I have a few books available both in normal 6 X 9 soft-cover printed format and as e-books.....is it possible to promote these anywhere on Literotica? realising that the story-submission page is hardly the way to go!

Sorry...obviously I expressed myself badly.

I am a Literotica author...I submit stories. Not a fan of spammers myself. Simply asking the question "How do I go about listing my authoring web-site?" Are you suggesting that it IS Ok to list it with submitted stories?

you've got a few ways you can go

you can put a link to your book in your signature line (got to "edit signature" on the User CP)


Anyyou could also put it in your profile as your homepage (go to "edit profile" to do this)

there is nowhere to out and out advertise your work thoughI don't think

Hi Phrenetic Ice, welcome to Lit and the AH!

I realise you are not a spammer and please don't feel bad for being perceived as one by some.

Minx gave you a link to a thread on this board, "Literotica Authors and Their Books". It's a sticky at the top of this forum. Put a post in there, with a link to your books and your author site.

Also, as EL said, put a link to your site in your profile. It's quite easy to do, but if you can't work out how, drop me a private message (click on my username and a drop down menu will appear, then click on "Send Tatelou a Private Message").

Quite a few of us have our own author sites, where we showcase our work, myself included, although I don't currently have a link to it here, as I am still updating it - takes forever, doesn't it?

Stick around, you will soon get the feel of the place.
