So the indictment has issues right from the start in that there's a massive hurdle to get over regarding Presidential Immunity while in office. And that's without even considering the evidence which is also flawed because it wasn't Trump who did any of what's being alleged.

I don't expect this to fly as well as the D's and TDS sufferers hope.
