On Monday, Hip Hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, 54, was arrested by federal agents in New York, according to the U.S. Attorney General's Office. Combs was taken into custody at the Park Hyatt Hotel on 57th Street in Manhattan by Homeland Security Investigations at approximately 8:15 p.m., a source familiar with the situation told CNN.

There have been week-long negotiations regarding his surrender, and according to Marc Agnifilo, an attorney for Combs, he had “voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges." Another source told NBC, "He was caught off-guard by the apprehension," while acknowledging he had been living at the Park Hyatt Hotel for several weeks. The grand jury cast their votes on Monday, but the charges in the sealed indictment have not been released at the time of writing.

The Bad Boy Records founder's arrest comes after a federal raid on his properties in Los Angeles and Miami in March in what early reports indicated were related to a sex trafficking and racketeering investigation.

Dozens of big-name Hollywood personalities could be exposed in this prosecution. Of the 120 twenty-five are minors.

The thread starter is so dependent on his Deplorable sources - and only those - that he couldn't manage to find the following story, which might bolster his case.

I'll throw the dumb ol' bastard a bone this time. This is how it's done, reichy - you poor simp. 🤣

Kevin Liles Quits Warner Music Post

Hip hop music industry vet Kevin Liles is resigning from his Warner Music Group Executive VP gig.

On Tuesday, Liles sent a company memo announcing his resignation as chairman and CEO of Warner Music’s 300 Elektra Entertainment Chairman, passing the torch to seasoned vets Rayna Bass, Selim Bouab, and Gregg Nadel.

Liles has been with Warner since 2004, which formerly housed Diddy’s Bad Boy Records, and he’s been vocal defending the mounds of allegations against Puff.

Sean Combs Indictment Unsealed – Bail *DENIED* – Will Remain in Jail

by Brian Lupo Sep. 17, 2024 6:40 pm

On Monday evening, music mogul Sean “P Diddy” Combs was arrested at the Park Hyatt hotel in New York, as reported by The Gateway Pundit. This morning, that indictment was unsealed in the Southern District of New York.

Combs faces three charges: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Assistant US Attorney Emily Johnson argued before Magistrate Judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky that the three crimes carry a maximum sentence of life in prison, or death. Combs plead not guilty.

According to coverage from Inner City Press of today’s hearing, AUSA Johnson argued that Pre-Trial Services deemed Combs should be detained after an interview with the defendant. She claimed Combs set up “freak-offs,” forcing sex and masturbation of its participants. The events were occasionally filmed.

AUSA Johnson cited an event in March 2015 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles. During an altercation, a security guard was helping a victim leave one of the “freak-offs” when she was allegedly assaulted by Combs. Combs then tried to bribe the guard with a “handful of cash.” The guard refused.

It's just the beginning for Diddy. This will be a RICO prosecution. All of his personal property and businesses have been seized and declared the fruits of a "criminal enterprise." He tried to put up a 50 million dollar bond and the government refused. They want him in jail. The most dangerous place he can be. It's likely he could wind up like Epstein. All of his associates, employees, and partners will be jammed up in this investigation. All kinds of Hollywood A-listers who were involved in his sex parties and "freak-outs" will now be sweating bullets at being exposed. Those involved in his trafficking and drug activities will be caught up in this. They aren't just going after P. Diddy, but those behind him as well. You know those sex parties were big, they seized 1000 bottles of baby Oil as well.:D
