So this is how it works huh? We both chat but I have to get spanked? That's not fair.
If we are both guilty, why should I have to be put over his broad firm lap, helpless, completely in his power, and have him spank me, with his big strong hard hands, until my bottom is sore and tender?
Hmm...well, I guess now that I think about it, it's only fair.;)

Welcome to the Forum, dave's, Doll, and anyone else I may have missed. Make yourselves at home. :rose:

Up to the top of the page with this good thread - and a reminder to all who are new here to (1) read the stickies, particularly the small bit that concerns our few forum rules and (2) read through this whole thread so you can come to know who we are, too, as we are coming to know you.

It's good to see new faces and to hear new thoughts and stories.
Welcome.

Okay, I've been meaning to officially introduce myself in here for a while but either haven't had the time or have been too busy downloading porn onto my computer. So here it is:

I'm a 41 year old male who is very into spanking, and, of course, sex, but is also frustrated for lack of someone to do it all with. Because I live a ways away from someplace that I can get into the BDSM scene at all, I only have limited experience: I've been to a few parties in which I've had the pleasure of getting stripped naked and spanked. I've paid a few times to have it done.

I did once have a partner who was also into spanking and who like me was a switch. I really miss our rendezvous' together: the spanking and the sex. We've since gone our separate ways and she is now married and living in the UK with her husband.

I'm an exhibitionist - not that I have that much to exhibit - but I do enjoy the fantasy of believing that somewhere out there there is a woman or two who enjoy looking at me. (My avtar is a picture of me in case you are wondering).

If given the chance, I could probably bore you with telling you about myself sexually; but I suspect that, for the most part, that is something that men like to hear women tell about themselves but not necessarily something that women want to read about from a man. However, I have made a couple of posts on another thread called "What do you think about when you masturbate?" So, if anyone is actually interested you can read my posts there at the following links. The first is talking about my early child fantasies and the second about the very first time I masturbated.

Early childhood sexual fantasy
My first masturbation experience

You can also tell what I'm into just by looking at my avtar, a bigger picture of whch is posted at the following link if anyone is interested:

http://www.literotica.com/forum/attachment.php?s=&postid=1829346

Then, of course you can find out about what kinds of things turn me on by reading my stories:

Jennifer's Surprise
Donna's Neighbor

I've enjoyed reading about the people so far in this thread, though I haven't read through them all yet. I'm hoping to actually get to know some people here at Lit. as much as you can know people with whom you only communicate online at least.

Introducing Lance Castor

Hi;

I noticed this thread yesterday after picking through some of the threads here and there. As I will likely post on this side of the board from time to time, I thought I should introduce myself.

Hi. I'm Lance.

I'm not new to literotica, but I haven't been here in a couple of years. I make my living in technology and have been using the net for commerce and connecting for about ten years. I often say that the apple computer and the internet changed my life; certainly my life has changed significantly in that time.

Literotica's communities and character reminds me of the earlier days of the web, before the general public and mainstream commerce/society caught on. I perceive it as one of the few remaining places where things are truly free in every sense of the word. I value that highly.

I am a friendly sort, reasonably bright, well-educated, somewhat accomplished. My interests are and have always been tremendously varied. At this point, I have moved between and through enough experiences in life and career that I am constantly asked what it is I really "do". I am primarily a business strategist and negotiator and work on contracts wherever the assignment intrigues me and meets my needs.

I have a home base in a secluded rural location here in Canada where my many long time friends and some new ones flit in and out from here and there, primarily from July-October to relax, compare stories old and new, swim, sun, cook, eat, drink, make merry and disconnect from all public infrastructure.

The rest of the year I spend in one or more places, mostly in Canada, sometimes the US and Europe, working and taking side trips as able to see, experience and do. Consequently and in part because of my career and character, I have the good fortune to have a cadre of genuine friends flung both near and far of most all backgrounds, ages, persuasions and proclivities.

I have been mostly on my own for the past decade or so in my personal life with the exception of two periods of time when I was in relationship. As my career allows increasing freedom and mobility, I find that connecting long term with a significant other becomes increasingly problematic, or at least more challenging.

That being said, I am not lonely and operate my life quite well with an empty bed. Better to be alone in bed than to share a bed and find yourself feeling alone there with her...that's the most frightening, empty, demeaning feeling I've ever experienced...and I've strolled, head high, through many a lions den.

My written and personal presence can seem by times cool, engaging, witty, silly, insightful, friendly, warm, arrogant...I generally give out lots of rope in all situations but can jerk it perhaps surprisingly taut if I perceive I am being treated poorly. I listen carefully, sometimes even when it seems I'm not. I can hold a room or watch quietly from the side. Those who know me best find me warm, generous, assured, mannerly, caring, funny and quick with an idea, smile, laugh or tear as appropriate.

I am not inclined towards any one particular lifestyle; I like to think I have my own. My interests are neopolitan if flavours are the analogy. I think we are all like diamonds and might see each other in myriad ways depending on the facet we choose to view. Viewed as a whole I believe I shine and am open to most anyone who can see and be seen similarly.

Otherwise, I tend to make mischief.

Thanks;
Lance

Welcome, John and Lance. Be sure to poke around the forum threads, especially the stickies, and join in a conversation whenever you feel like speaking up.

Lance: I agree; this place reminds me of a few old and out-of-the-way bb esses I used to post to in the "old days" of online. Tech's amazing: I'm ten years out of high school, and my knowledge of tech is nine and a half years obsolete. :D

Nice to meet you both,
Risia

Hello :)

I'm sort of a new oldbie...I was around earlier in the year, but had to disappear for awhile to finish planning my wedding. Stuff's done now, finally, so I thought I'd pop over for a bit...and here is a happy surprise! Last I saw, this was actually a huge monster thread on the How to...board. And now...now it has its own home! Congrats :)

Anyway, I'm a switchy type, mostly dom (can't tell from my nickname, eh?). My husband and I have a slave, though it is currently a LD relationship. We focus on service-oriented submission with her, rather than strictly sexual submission and are curently considering taking a male submissive into training as well. Much of what we do is very formal, taken from different cultures (Old Guard and European, primarily, with a bit of Japanese thrown in) and worked together in a way that is pleasing to us.

I've been in the lifestyle for about 8 years now, although the first 2 were strictly online. I began as about 90% submissive and 10% dom and have, over the years, seem to have just about flipflopped those amounts. I find that sexually, I am submissive...actually, more slut material...but outside the bedroom I am and have always been extremely dominant. I enjoy helping people realize their potential, which is what our training is, in great part.

I do have a dominant in my life whom I've known for about 5 or 6 years online. We've never met irl (due mainly to my self esteem issues), but will eventually, I imagine.

Well, now that I've written my autobiography, I'm going to see if I can peddle it to publishers and get rich!

Hello from another newbie!

I'm Etoile, age 21 and just outside Washington DC. I label myself a dyke but I'm also a believer in fluid sexuality - I believe everyone has the capability to be bisexual; I'm more interested in the person than the equipment they keep in their pants. That said, I am primarily attracted to women on pretty much every possible level (physical, emotional, etc.), so I tend to call myself a lesbian.

My girlfriend and I met online in late 1997 while I was in college; we were just friends when she stopped by for a visit but a few weeks later (early 1998 by then) we were dating. She described herself as "a bit toppish" at the time but isn't very forceful about it; she takes a dominant role but does not actually dominate me. For that I look to a friend I met a few months after meeting my girlfriend. About a year after meetingem, my girlfriend and I broke up (early 2000) and so I started traveling to NYC regularly. My girlfriend and I got back together maybe eight months after breaking up, but I continue to see my Daddy in NYC from time to time (with my girlfriend's full knowledge and consent).

Although I met both of my partners online, I don't dabble too much in cybersex or anything of the sort. It just doesn't turn me on. I do talk to my Daddy online regularly, but it's mostly mundane chatter and the occasional "make sure you do this before you come see me" sort of thing. I do, however, love all the free smut stories I find online and I have written one story for LitErotica, On the Waterfront (which is a true story).

I hope that was an appropriate introduction! I do have a question, too. My girlfriend recently submitted something like five or six stories to LitErotica. One was approved, but the others say "not approved" - does that mean not yet approved, or actually denied? I've never heard of something not being accepted before.

Thanks for listening!

Who is your girlfriend? I would like to read the story that was approved and would be interested in hearing the answer to your question as well.

I'm going to check out your own story right now. I really like true stories, so I'm looking forward to it.

Just had to say that I loved your story. The fact that it was true - not to mention one of my own fantasies - made it all the more hot. Thank you so much for posting it.

Any more true experiences to share?

Girl! Hello - again! Yeh. Cool new (not so new now, though!) forum we have here, isn't it? I hope you stop in more frequently now that you've found your way back.

And a warm welcome to you, too, Etoile. We're primarily focused on BDSM play as it's done in skin-to-skin encounters. Lots of us haven't yet made the transition from online investigation of BDSM to actual play with a partner, but the vast majority are headed there, for sure. On the other hand, there are quite a lot of us who have quite a lot of "real time" experience with BDSM sexuality, too. You might want to read this thread fromthe very beginning (~groan~) to find out who and what we are, collectively and individually.

Your questions about your partner's stories can be more adequately answered in the Author's Hangout forum, i think, located here: http://www.literotica.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?forumid=3

Finally, JohnOne? All of my stories with 1.5 exceptions, are totally absolutely completely true. The exceptions are Memoirs of a Lady and the last half of Just Desserts. Everything else i've written, including the ~wince~ poetry (such as it is), is true as it happened to me in my life.

There are lots of us here who write from our own experiences. I'm most definitely not unique in that respect.

Again, a warm welcome to all those who are just finding thier voice among us. We're strengthened by your questions and concerns and experiences.
:rose:

Thanks to everyone for the welcome!

JohnOne, I'm glad you liked my story. My girlfriend is V.Dentata, all of her stories are from a set she wrote called "Horrotica" that I managed to convince her to send in. She was a little leery of doing so, but she finally did. As for more stories from me, they'd probably all be true - I don't have much imagination, but I'm good at recording things that happened!

cymbidia, thanks for the pointer to the Author's Hangout, I'll search for my question there and ask it if I can't find any previous threads about it. I already read the first couple of pages of this thread after posting my last message, but I've got a lot left to get through!

Hi

I am REALLY new - only been a member 3 days and only found the boards yesterday!

I am a 45 year old sub - been one all my life but only just discovered the fact! I am in a 24/7 relationship with my Master/husband (which is sooooo lucky!). We live SW of London, England.

I have two teenage children (WHEN, oh when will they let me have my life back?) and two cats.

I started my working life as a tax accountant but have also worked as a playgroup leader, a special needs classroom assistant and a credit controller. (I LOVE figures). Currently, I am unemployed.

I am off now to explore more of the threads - hope to make lots of friends here - cos I am sure to have tons of questions.

Ohhhhh ... and I just submitted my first story - waiting anxiously to see if it gets posted!

Welcome Willow, Etoile, and girl.

If you have questions, be sure to give a big shout and we'll find you to help as best we can. Agreed? :rose:

Thank you, CarolineOh, for your good wishes. Its worse than waiting at the dentist ... :D

And thank you, RisiaSkye. You will probably be inundated now - once I pluck up courage to ask some of the dozens of questions that are buzzing around my brain!

(And here's one straight away ... I posted a picture in my profile - how do I get it to appear under my name on the left?)

You can use an avatar when you've reached 100 posts. So you better start asking those questions!

~bumping this up so those about to take the plunge here know there's a good place in which to that - if they haven't found another, equally welcoming thread to join~

I hope y'all take some time, too, and scan through what's already been posted to this thread. It'll help you begin to sort us all out a bit - if you're at all confused, that is.

Willow, welcome to Lit. and good luck with your story!

Well, its been aproved ... now the proof of the pudding will be in the eating (or the views in this case!)

Well, i aint exactly new, but i will post and say hey any way. i am 23, married and had my life-changing, eye opening realization of my submissiveness last year. Since then i have introduced my husband to the BDSM forum here and we are learnign more together and loving it. This is by far my favorite place online and the best forum, everyone is so helpful and caring here. What i love best of all is that the people are real here, and there isn't the whole soap opera drama going on (well until recently). Any way, thought i would drop in a formal intro for myself.

Congrats on the story publication! That first one is pretty exciting, isn't it?

I see Caroline beat me to the punch in answering your question; it's good to see that you got the info right away.
You're welcome for the offer of assistance, and don't be afraid to PM if you have a question you don't want to ask in a thread. If I can't answer it, I'll try to get you directed to someone who can.

Actually, that goes for all the new faces. :)

Well, I can't really say "welcome" to you, bad kitty, as you've been here a while. But, I do thank you for dropping in and saying hello. Hopefully, future newcomers will get a chance to be introduced to you--which is good, especially because you don't exactly burn up the keyboard in your mad posting frenzy. ;)

Best to all. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help you out. :rose:
