Don't worry about the phlebotomy, it's easy once you get the hang of it! Just always remember to go by how the vein feels, not how it looks. Worst comes to worse, you can always drop it in the AC, those things are always huge, just a pain when running an infusion. Good luck!

So I said " and I've been here for six months and got promoted to your manager, and you will do what I ask or I'll have to give you a coaching" ( a write up ) she started crying ... And her and her little clique hate me. But I give zero fucks!

Also shows 'em crocodile tears aren't going to get them very far with you. "Time served" is only valuable when you care to apply the experience you've gained.
