... it's a .Tiff file, and I can't change it, and Lit won't accept it. I had Ravenloft try for me awhile back, and he sent it back to me changed to a .jpg, but whenever I tried to save it to my hard drive or disc, it would only save it in the .tiff mode. Any suggestions on how to change it, and how to minimize the size once it's changed? I'm computer illiterate, that's important to note when explaining the solution to me! Where's WH when you need him?

Had to look tiff up but apparently .
The TIFF format was developed by Microsoft and Aldus Corporations as a portable method of storing bitmap images.

When you click on "save as", are there any other options that appear ( in the drop down menu box) , apart from save as a tiff file , eg as a gif or jpg ?

If you have a photo programme, try opening the folder that contains your tiff file and your photo programme side by side. and then dragging and dropping the file into your photo programme window, and saving as a gif or jpg there.
