New and Groovy? New Music Needed!

I suddenly feel so vapid. My taste is so much poppier (and country-er and hip-hoppy-er) than everyone else's. :(

My contribution is a song I'm sure everyone's heard, since it's been everywhere for the last year. But it makes me happy every time I hear it, so I'm contributing, anyway. :p

"Some Nights" by Fun.

JB eludes me, but I'm finding yelawolf in rotation a lot lately. There's only so much Macklemore college sounding stuff I can do, while that dominates my collection.

What I said. Omnivore. Secret redneck, even?

I like Yelawolf. He's from this part of the world. :)

I haven't read everyone's responses, so if I say one already said, sorry.

I'm really enjoying Adelle, right now. If you like more jazzy music, you should check out her first album, it's pretty good, too. BC Jean has a song I like, and I've been meaning to check out the entire album. Same with Christina Perri. Imagine dragons and fun have some good stuff out. I'm not a pink fan, but I really like her song 'try'.

I just had to add this one. My writing partner shared it with me (it's a "theme song" for one of our nasty female characters) and I can't stop listening.

Final Warning

That's a really good blog post and that cat in the diet food box made me laugh until my stomach hurt, so I suppose that's both laughter and movement at once.

Exactly! I know, that cat just cracks me up every time I watch it. They are silly animals. :)

Songs that are driving the people in my life crazy cause they are on repeat lately...

My newest audiocrush is Ed Sheeran... Drunk ~ Ed Sheeran (Great tune AND cat video, if you are into :cattail:'s.), Give Me Love and Kiss Me are both swoony achy fun. This is a link that has the whole album on the youtube if you like em or him. :D

Ed Sheeran is amazing. Know his work well.

I suggest City and Colour, Lindsey Stirling and Iron and Wine. Great chill tunes.
