I'm pretty sure that they don't give a fuck about your ignore. So what's the purpose? When I see people do that it shows me that they were publicly embarrass a lot in there life, so know they're trying to publicly embarrass someone else. I think when people agree , they will say so and communicate. If someone had said the same but said it in a very offensive manner...like ' death to those people with the shouts about ignore lists' I personally would have.....,ignored. . Well, I disagree.

The only reason to put anyone on ignore would be as to provoke someone by letting the person know I have him/her on ignore. Which is stupid anyway.
So, my real objection is about using the ignore function in the first place.

Oh and by the way that list rocks. It's the core of the GB.
