Kids' digital cameras to start with (like Strawberry Shortcake, Hello Kitty, etc)... I'm sure there are other things.

Crim, I am really sorry that Spectra failed to support their products. Sucks to buy something for a kid and then have it not work. Anything I can do aside from telling everyone I know not to buy Spectra's products?

Let me know if you know of any other reputable company that makes kid friendly kind of inexpensive digital cameras...

You might also register something with epinions.com and a few of the other online rating services. I look at things like that before making purchases and I'll wager that a lot of other people do, too.

What's funny is Spectra also sells scientific research materials, which was my first thought. I was confused! (Different Spectra of course)
