I'm thinking about writing a book about a solution nurse who falls for her patient but I think that idea is a but played out, any other suggestions for a plot or a title

Not sure what a "solution" nurse is, but:

General medical nurse: The Healing Touch
If the nurse works in a Veteran's hospital with physically disabled soldiers, Shaving Private Ryan
If it's a nurse in a clinic/doctor's office, Where Does it Hurt?
Cardiac nurse: Fixing A Broken Heart
Surgical nurse: Post-Op Healing

Also, don't worry if an idea has been done before. Hollywood's made millions by rehashing old plotlines! Just make the characters and the settings interesting, you'll be fine.
