I prefer regular flavor. Their so-called chocolate doesn't really taste like chcolate. If I want chocolate, I'll get some hot fudge to paint on myself...or just watch Chocolat...mmmm...chocolate and Johnny Depp. *drools*

I think the chocolate taste really good, but Vanilla is my fave.

I don't think I've ever watched an episode of Monk. What's that show like and what kind of story does it have to it, or is it that far in that it would take forever to type up?

I don't think I've ever watched an episode of Monk. What's that show like and what kind of story does it have to it, or is it that far in that it would take forever to type up?

The basic story is that it's about a man, Adrian Monk, played by Tony Shaloub (who I love), who is a detective...but unofficially. He used to be a great cop/detective, but after his wife died, he went nuts. Now he's extremely obsessive-compulsive. However, he's still brilliant at figuring crimes out. His nurse/assistant is Sharona, and she's just hilarious. I don't know how she puts up with him. There are other little bits that have come up in episodes, but every episode is pretty independent of the others. It's just a wonderful show. I look forward to it every week.

I, too, hold the original in high regard. I'm not a big fan of remakes, either, which is why I'm nervous about it being really bad. They say it's going to try to follow the book better...apparently Dahl had said that he was a bit disappointed with the screenplay of the movie, even though he wrote it, which I find interesting. I guess we'll just have to see. J. M. Barrie's Neverland should be a pretty good Depp film, though. I'm looking forward to that one.

It's a Dramodey (Drama-Comedy) crime show where the neurotic Monk solves fairly easy and oft-times cliched cases. Take Columbo and make him a germaphobe with obsessive compulsive disorder and you have Monk. Quirky and a little different, but not very good IMO. The show seems to have a decent amount of fans though.

Neverland just seems boring to me, but I will give it a chance. His upcoming movies "The Libertine" and "The Rum Diaries" are what have my curiosity piqued. Besides the obvious return of Captain Jack Sparrow.

USA at 10 PM on Fridays. It's also supposed to be on Saturdays on ABC, or at least that's what I heard, but apparently it doesn't show on ABC at all or just not up here at UMass.
