just thought i'd put in my application for nerd-dom. let's see, longtime Nintendo kid, hella excited about the upcoming Wii release, hella excited about the new Zelda game. D&D and Star Wars table-top rpg-er. Don't forget Rifts and Heroes Unlimited. And don't get me started about Final Fantasy, because I'll wax poetic. and nobody wants that.

its always easy to convert nerds, you j ust have to figure out what to hook them with. I remeber in high school several co-workers that asked me why i liked D&D so much, and when I started to regail them with tales of 10 years of adventures, they couldn't believe that i got this kind o fexperiance out of a game......and then i had a new D&D group

For me? My fantasy nerd, to be honest.....maybe more of a geek. Regardless, as I said, definately my fantasy guy. Sexual and nerdy. Maybe watch the SCiFi channel all night with me in the buff... *grin*

If it wasn't for SciFi conventions (Dragon-Con, Atlanta Fantasy Fair, Dixie Trek, etc, etc) I'd still be a horrible introvert. To mingle with like minded people and party with them....oh yes, much fun was had

on a side not, I got started in nerddom in the 7th grade...I couldn't get enough of the computers we had. then in high school I started playing gemstone 3(now gemstone 4) an online all text fantasy role playing game....I played every day for 4 years.

now I'm a fully time avid mmorpger, with a job that involved build relational database and providing technical solutions and technical initiatives for a major financial firm.

just look what being a nerd can do for ypu at 25!

It is my quest in life to find an attractive girl who loves Star Wars as much as I do. Rather than laugh at it and mock me. My own princess Leia to chain up would be... perfect.

I totally understand and they do have some over there! You lucky, you get all the Doctor Who conventions and such. But yea, finding others you can relate to as a base thought process is real nice. Another reason why I'm on Lit!!!

True that! Yeah there are a few, I'm really just exaggerating my moaning because I tend to get bitter every time there's a comic-con and I'm not there.
