So I got some of the best Nerd gear there is: Nerd Gear on the Go. I bought a Nintendo DS a few days ago, and so far I'm loving it! But it made me wonder, what are my fellow Nerds playing nowadays, be it video, tabletop or something else?

Same here. Most people get ignored if I haven't talked to them before. I'll freely admit, I'm difficult to start a conversation with. Guys who get my name off of lit, but know nothing about me (I mean hello, you can read my posts) go immediately on ignore. Guys who want to talk about sex who know nothing about me also don't get replied. When are guys gonna learn we need a bit more than that. Besides, I don't need any random guy to "satisfy my needs". I've already got a cute little Nerd for the role.

on a similar note.....I've been thinking of getting back into wow, any chance of forming a lit guild? part of what got me out of wow was the lack of sensible people to play with during the day

I also play both versions of guildwars, if anyone is starting that out and woudl like to get some leveling assistance

I've seen pirates twice, and superman 5 times now, although we have a theater thats a resturant here so you can go, watch a movie, have adrink, and smoke while you watch...so its a fun little evening escpecially with a good action movie

mm not a big superman fan... will wait until it comes out on video for that one.... that theater sounds like fun.. except for smoking *shudders* yuck!

its a great theater, and being as big as it is you really don't notice when people are smoking.

Just saw superman last night. Long but a better date mvie than many, and a better movie than pirates. Though not as good as Plain old superman. The child seems contrived and hey where is the conflict as superman? I must have missed that part, in the whole love quadrangle superman vs. clark thing.

It was a good movie. Until my Date got vertigo from many of the sweeping camera shots and had to go throw up, Followed by a quick ride home. But it was going to die much earlier than that.
