Not that there is any choice really. But thats not what I came here tonight to talk about so, onward to another subject.

I wouldn't say alone is better. I'm still hopeful something will work out. I will say it's probably best not to get your hopes up about anyone from lit.... or anywhere online, for that matter. the very nature of lit, tho, lends itself to flirting and "intimacy", such as it is. as hard as it is in r/l to gauge someone's feelings, it's even harder online.... you probably know that, tho...

like you, I almost immediately assume I'm not someone's type. sometimes I feel like I'm not anyone's type... but even tho I try to be cautious, it's easy for me to get sucked in when someone acts like they're interested.

maybe that makes me more of a dork or a dumbass than a nerd. lol.
