On the subject of facial hair, I've always gotten compliments on my goatee, and any time I shave it off, people (mostly women) tell me I need to grow it back.
Pixie has the same responce as Rae, depends on the person, and the shape they form of the facial hair. She loves my goatee though.

It also has a lot to do with how people are used to you looking - if you've looked one way for a long time and all of sudden there's a change, often many people prefer what they already know.

I have enjoyed some of their music.
I am not a huge music nerd. I basically listen to what I like and do not get all that wrapped up in where it came from.
I do think there should be more fiddle, brass, and piano in today's music.
