Nice!
Good answer!

Needle, I'm Lawful Evil...
I've pronounced judgment upon greater things and people with far less data to form an opinion on. I got nothing against it, and I'll get around to finishing it some time soon, but as things stand, it gets a B-. Plus, Leon needs a gorram haircut.

Leon Hair Cut? Does not compute

Might help him dodge chainsaw wielding giants if he would stop covering half his field of vision... Damn good reason most military organizations require the short haircuts.

He has a borderline emover, and that just isn't okay.

Are we talking about the same person here? I mean emo is one of the overrated t Stupidest ( Yeah I know stupidest is not a word but oh well ) label I have ever heard of, Giving him a haircut is not going to make him any different. The guys at capcom gave him that hair style because it fits him, it's his own personal style.

Leon is not military he is above that special unite, and this is fiction not real life.

I say the haircut doesn't match his personality. The way he moves, speaks, and shoots stuff suggests a cool headed professional. The haircut just looks effeminate on him.

Of course it's just fiction, but Resident Evil is scary because, for the most part, it's all stuff that you can imagine happening without too much altering. Anything that takes away from that sweet immersion is a dampener.

Claire Redfield is a caring compassionate person who has 'been there', and empathizes with the other victims. Most of her character design; clothes, hair, attitude, action, and dialogue reflects this wonderfully well.

Leon is spot on, except for the hair. It's a stylistic choice on the creators, and I'm sure they have an awfully good reason, but I disagree.

... Honestly, I just hated looking at the back of his stupid head during RE4. Reminded me too much of Raiden in MGS2.

I saw what your drunken fun resulted in :p

Ha HA!
Fooled you!

That happened before I started drinking!
Not by much, but definitely before!

Edit; Ok, what the master of sufficient length is alluding to, I went a posted a picture of my junk on the Cock Appreciation Society.
Been talking with one of the... Admirers, and she convinced me to post.

Voila!

I may be a bit of an exhibitionist at heart. Hell, if I had a photographer, I might even start a whole thread...

Just played the Halo Wars demo. It's pretty fun so far, though it'd be much easier to play if I could use a mouse and keyboard instead of thumbsticks. Sounds like Nathan Fillion plays one of the characters.

Rocky Horror Remake?
I had no idea :(

Yeah, I know! Nothing's sacred anymore! What next, a remake of Shock Treatment?

Really, it's not even the idea that they're doing a remake. Plenty of remakes are better than the originals, or even just good in a different way because of how they decided to do it (for examples of remakes done well, see I Am Legend, Speed Racer, and the P-47B Thunderbolt). I just have serious concerns about whether or not MTV will do the remake well. This is coming from a guy who likes to rock out to the Rocky Horror Punk Rock Show album.

So, nerds, I just figured out last night that I can sync my Jawbone bluetooth headset up to my laptop. As far as I can tell, they're not MEANT to do this though, something to do I think with the differences between computer audio hardware and mobile phone audio. I can send and receive audio over the headset on Skype, but everything comes out scratchy and distorted (but still understandable).

Speaking of headsets, can anyone recommend me a good affordable headset? Lately I've been using the Lenovo stereo headset that I was issued by my school, but I had to turn it back in. had the normal mic and headphone plugs on it and a USB adapter that made it very handy to be able to just plug the thing in without giving my desktop the ol' reacharound. That one costs about $50.

I used to use a Logitech headset which cost about $30, but the thing was WAY too stiff and designed for someone with a smaller head than me and it was painful to wear. Basically, I want something that's physically a little more flexible, affordable, with acceptably good sound quality (not an audiophile here). Bonus points if it uses a USB adapter, since the headphone jack on my laptop is kinda fuzzy sounding.

Just some pictures of my Comic book and anime figure collection.

<Darth Vader> Most Impressive</Darth Vader>

I'd comment on the multitude of anime girl figures you have there, but my own kinks and/or perversions mean that my own moral high ground is probably a shallow drainage ditch. :D

Yeah, my hobby is photography. Which, of course, means I buy lots of stuff made in Japan, which is where most of the best photography stuff most folks in the US can afford comes from. The best-best stuff comes from Germany, but that shit is crazy expensive.

I use to collect swords and knives and stuff that but due to expenses I have not been able to do it lately and plus is fucking cold here so I can't go to China Town right now. I want to get into photography myself.

It's a fun hobby. It's as expensive as you are willing to let it be. You can get a digital point-and-shoot camera for $100 or less that will take good photos, or you can spend five or six hundred for an SLR camera that will give you more flexibility and control (but at a greater price). Film cameras can be a lot cheaper up front ($100 on eBay can get you an excellent older film SLR), but the cost then depends on how much film you shoot.

I bought a friend of mine an all-plastic Chinese camera called a Holga which cost me $60 for the entire kit brand new including a roll of 120 film for it, 35mm film adapter, and flash. It's supposed to take some interesting pictures due to the simplicity of its design and the slight unpredictability of cheap plastic optics. Depending on his feedback on it, I'm tempted to get one myself, or else maybe invest in a Canon rangefinder camera for my next camera (or, hey, try to pay off my credit cards...)
