Wow I think I'm the only one then. Coffee, if it must be timmy's and usually it must. Double Double. Not really because I want a second sugar but because they scrawl DD on the cup and that makes me happy.

At home I grind my own. I use Kicking Horse Dark Roast and I drink it with cream and two sugar cubes for a 16 oz mug.

I also enjoy Americano, and I love Vietnamense Iced Coffees. That's like sex in a tall glass.

You still owe me one of those coffees someday! I keep hearing how good they are, I've had Second Cup coffee and I thought it was pretty darned good.

*Rises from the murky depths*

Evening all!

I just downloaded 4 gigs worth of Freakazoid episodes, and I have a captive audience tonight!
It's a good night.

And just so I won't be left out...

I dislike both tea and coffee.

Spins, are you naturally contrarian, or do you have to try for it?
For what it's worth though, I agree with you there.
Hot drinks are for suckers.

I am naturally contrarian. Always have been.

However...

I have never EVER liked tea. It's a sin here in Texas, but that's how it goes. There were many get togethers where i was forced to go get tap water because the only drink served was iced tea.

As for coffee I just never really got into it. It's ok on occassion, but I couldn't drink it everyday. Most people use coffee as a base and then fill it with ever flavor they can to get it to not taste like coffee. Go figure

Hot drinks are fine from time to time, I do love my hot chocolate especially. But I'm officially a soda addict.

I've actually been able to ween myself off soda these last few months. I'm drinking a lot more water and gatorade. It makes the occassional DrPepper that much more special :)

heh after boot camp i cant even drink a soda its makes me feel nasty but coffee is god in the morning

Orange and grape sodas = highly underrated.

Root beer is good too. Ginger ale isn't bad. Cream soda is good every now and then for the novelty value.

I take my soft drinks seriously.

If you think Orange and Grape are under rated, you should try some Newfie flavours.. There are a couple flavours of Crush that are only sold in Newfoundland, and in a couple "Newfie" stores in Halifax.. I don't remember them all, but I do know there was a Pineapple Crush.. :p

Coffee is about the only thing that gets me going in the morning.

It usually doesn't take anything to get me going in the morning. If I am dragging coffee doesn't help at all. I really need something warm in my belly. Bacon, sausage, and maybe some flapjacks

Have you tried Dublin Dr. Pepper? It's a variety of Dr. Pepper, bottled in one plant outside of Plano, Texas, where they use Cane Sugar instead of Corn Syrup.

Soooo good. It tastes like cough syrup, but in a good way.

I've met people who drink their coffee black. Usually I'll add a couple spoons of sugar or sweetner to it. If I'm drinking coffee at home, I'll add 2% milk (since that's what's in my fridge) and if I'm taking it with me to class or work, I just add an extra spoon of sugar, so as not to have whatever tiny portion of leftover milk just sitting at the bottom of my cup for the rest of the day until I get home.

And of course, being a lover of fine coffee, I drink Folgers. In that stay-fresh container.

I don't think anyone outside a 200 mile radius can get Dublin DrPepper. Getting it north of Waco is hard as hell.

Good stuff, though :)
