So after having played the trial version of WoW, I now have to buy it to keep playing - should I by it or go back to Diablo instead? I seriously prefer Diablo, but knowing the game by heart just isn't much fun.

Well, aside from the swords-and-sorcery theme, they're pretty different games. Tell us why you like Diablo better, and perhaps we can offer an alternative that's better than WoW, but that you haven't memorized already!

Well, aside from the swords-and-sorcery theme, they're pretty different games. Tell us why you like Diablo better, and perhaps we can offer an alternative that's better than WoW, but that you haven't memorized already!

There's a lot more similarities than that, but yes, they're somewhat different.
I like how the different classes do the same quests in Diablo, so you don't have to play the same race just to play with other people.
I love how the spell points work in Diablo and I miss my TPs when playing WOW.
And by sticking to Diablo I don't risk getting addicted to another game

I'm grand, I've got Christmas holiday now

And I don't currently have any games worth playing, I can't wait until/if ever Diablo III is released. Blizzard is forcing me to go cold turkey

You should be like me, and just stay about 4-5 years behind the gaming curve. Much cheaper that way. Been playing a lot of TF2 for free the last few weeks.

Oh, I usually am. Until a few months ago, I still played D2 which then got replaced by WoW. I would play more Heroes if my laptop could run it
