Thank god I'm finally home. So goddamn cold out. -15 C with windchill to -24 C.

So that's -11.2 F for all you Americans.

Yeah, I was out there for 45 minutes. I hate working the late shift because the bussing is pretty dumb after 10.

Is there anything built underground. Like in Toronto? I imagine this wouldn't help you if you lived out in the suburbs of Edmonton. There is a fair amount of distance between your city centre and suburbia.

I feel for ya, rhyst! I have been up there when it was freezing out........ and that was in July!

Nothing heated until you get to an actual transit centre, and there's only underground for the LRT, which runs north-south only, and not terribly far at that, although they're extending the lines continuously now after 20 years of running a tiny patch of useless.

Yikes, it sounds cold........ like shrinkage cold.

It shrinks?
;)

Shrinkage is pretty funny, actually. I remember a rather well-hung guy I was dating had it so bad once that it practically disappeared! I made it my job to unshrink it. It was amazing to watch it go from something you might see while changing a six-month-old's diaper to a full grown man's pride and joy.
