Technique

well, i've been drawing with a pencil, but I don't like how they look when I scan them into digital form. I've tried doing it with a mouse but it just doesn't move the same. And the main point of doing a webcomic was to improve my skills by making a commitment lol. That and because the players in teh DND group I run make hilariously bad decisions sometimes and I feel that i need to share that with the world haha.

speaking of bad decisions

I remember at one point the party of four including a sorceror and a bard. They found an ancient arcane scroll with a spell they needed, but the only one in the party who actually knew the spell "Read Magic" was the cleric! LMAO. They ended up having to run around teh desert killing stuff until they leveled up and could swap out spells hahaha.

Update

Posted a few more that I had stored on my hard drive but hadn't gotten around to yet. Keep in mind I posted the ones that I Liked. there's like 3 times as many that look like shit that I didn't post haha. The charcoals look pretty classy but my character sketches look a lot more amateurish.

I use to have fluffed shots on my pic thread, but LIT thought they were too icky for the youngins. Then my image host site disappeared, and I was sad.

Yeah, I am not a fan of genitalia splayed out gratuitously, but artfully crafted is a whole different situation on both male or female bodies. I tried to create strong mood and interesting lighting with the photos that i took of myself. (Lil' Cali on my profile was more just silly fun.) I still have a few photos in my super top secret gallery, if ever the Papa Museum of Arts opens up again.

Ah, but no one knows the difference between art and porn anymore. Which kind of goes back to the "dumbing down of music" conversation we had earlier. The world we know.

I think I'd be more comfortable if it were one a one on one basis. Just putting them out there for people to comment on would require a lot more confidence on my part.
