Needles.... !

Hi everyone! We are new to this board having been recommended by a friend from another board. I need advice on how to use needles safely on my submissive partner......where to insert safely but obtaining maximum pain? etc.... also, where to purchase such needles? Anyone care to share their knowledge on this subject or there experiences even........ thanks!
