It looks like you've completed everything. You're logged in to your account and posting, so, I guess your membership doesn't have to be activated - it looks like it's already active.

You'll need to submit a request to Laurel - PM envelope top right hand corner.

Don't expect an early reply, and don't expect early action - think weeks, or a month, even.

You should have thought about your account name a bit earlier - you'll need to live with it for a while, I'm afraid.
