Nite Siren- I truly can feel your pain. After the loss of his wife, my brother tried (unsuccessfully) 3 years ago with pain pills, sleeping pills, and alcohol. This past October, the effects of that attempt and 30 years of alcoholism succeded. My heart goes out to you and yours.

Just be sure to tell him you love him. The family will always ask "Why?" That question does not matter. His pain was something he could not deal with alone. Knowing how much you care will help him.

I am being serious, I will pray for your brother!!! I've been to two funerals since January, young men who passed away, sad, so sad!!! It is what they do to the family that they don't realize!
PM me anytime, I can relate to your pain. So sorry!!!!! One feels so help less and angry and full of why, why, why!!!
