I suspect someone has been snooping in my Yahoo mail account. I changed my password but I think they obtained it by trying to get in and saying they forgot the password. They know my birthday and zip code so I think Yahoo is sending them my new password too. Is there a way to change my birthday and zip code in my Yahoo account so they can't obtain new passwords in the future?

This sounds like problem you need to take up directly with Yahoo's administrators. They are the ones who have the access and means to invesitgate your suspicions and resolve the issue.

Doesn't Yahoo just mail your reset password to an alternate account? If that is happening and they're getting into your alternate account, create a new one (like on hotmail or something) and reset it again. Change your "oops, forgot my password" verification questions if you can and if not, ask the Admin to open your account to do so. If none of that is possible, close that yahoo account and open a new one.

You didn't say who the someone is but I can assume it's someone in your house? If this isn't a shared computer, have it set to lock with a password to get in when you aren't there (and don't choose and obvious password!). If it's shared, and on WinXP, make sure you log out of your account each time and ensure your password isn't obvious. Make them work for it, at least!

The simplest thing to do is to close that Yahoo Account and open a new one. And don't tell anyone except your most trusted friends what the new account is.
