Your best bet is to try BitTorrent if you want to download it. If not, try a computer store and maybe get a used copy.

Do you want to WRITE a PPT presentation?

If you only want to view them, there is a powerpoint viewer available for that, for free.
One can be found on download.com, or similar free download places.

A friend with a PC that came with CDs might have a CD yuo can borrow to load it on your system too.

openoffice is a free office suite program which includes equivalent programs to word and powerpoint.
