She now has a temporary restraining order on him. Her courtdate is just before Christmas.
She has also relocated again...so she is safe.
She may pop in today between classes but if she doesn't she sends her love and thanks to all.

She now has a temporary restraining order on him. Her courtdate is just before Christmas.
She has also relocated again...so she is safe.

A restraining order is good, because it does put the guy on notice and tells him there is an official action taken against him. Also, cops who don't want to get involved in "domestic issues" will, if there is an official court decree. It is only a piece of paper, though, and he will ignore it if he feels strongly enough. He still knows where and when she works and goes to school.

Can you just picture that? All of us in court with her? Hell if we were all there, she wouldn't need to go to court cuz we'd take care of him ourselves. Wouldn't be legal, of course.
